Please note, all PAMM / MAM accounts do not apply to negative balance protection.
If the clients are from GCN markets countries (Mainland China, HK, Macau), the write-off request must be raised via W2. Clean Negative Balance / Cancel Credit ticket.
Clients from other countries can write off the negative balance by themselves through the Client Portal and the APP. The specific operationis shown below:
