【1】Standard Deposit Procedure
Kindly
refer to the following step-by-step explanation for the account opening
procedure:
Step 1 Client logs into the Portal / APP
Step 2 Client applies for a deposit request
Step 3 Deposit request is recorded in the admin system
Step 4 Client follows the instructions to complete the deposit
Step 5 Gateway / Bank confirms fund receipt
Step 6 Funds are deposited into the trading account (MT4 / 5)
Step 7 Client is notified of deposit completion
Special Cases:
1. Deposit Completed But Funds Not Credited
If the funds have not been credited within 30 minutes after the client completed the transfer, sales representatives can:
- Log into the admin portal and search the "Deposit Audit" page to check the client's deposit status; or
- Submit a ticket D1. Deposit Status Check, OP will then assist in investigating and resolving the issue
2. Missing Deposit
If a client transfers funds without following the standard procedure:
- Raise a Fresh ticket D1 Missing Deposit for investigation
- If the client completes a deposit prior to applying for the deposit request on the portal, raise a Fresh ticket D1 Missing Deposit and provide the MT4 / 5 account number and attach the transfer receipt for investigation
3. Compliance Policy:
- Deposits from the United States are not allowed
- Third-party deposits are prohibited
- Any non-compliant deposits will be refunded to the source upon confirmation
