【2】Link / Remove MAM Sub-Account Procedure

for the account opening procedure:
Step 1 Sales Apply Ticket A3. Link/Remove Account From MAM
- Sales submit a ticket to link or remove a sub-account from the MAM.
Step 2 OP Check Information
- OP verify the information related to the application.
Step 3-1 Application for Linking
- CN Clients:
* OP check the information and sends a confirmation email.
/ Client replies with a rejection > OP respond and close the ticket
/ Client confirms or does not reply within 24 hours > The relevant department processes the application > OP respond and close the ticket
- Clients from other regions / countries:
* OP check the information > Relevant department processes the application > OP respond and close the ticket
Step 3-2 Application for Removal
- OP check the information > Relevant department processes the application > OP respond and close the ticket
Link Sub Account Requirements:
- Trading account must be under the same server, IB chain, and currency.
- Trading account must be under the corresponding group of the MAM.
- No open positions or pending orders are allowed during the process.
- One trading account can only join one MAM.
- Account will be set to read-only once linked.
- Withdrawal and internal transfer requests will need to be approved by the MAM manager.
- Only sales can request.
Remove Sub Account Requirements:
- No open positions are allowed.
- Only sales can request.
- Trading account will be changed to the MAM corresponding group and lift the trade restriction.
