PAMM Owner Account (Money Manager)

- Can log in to the Brokeree platform

- Set up or update PAMM offers

- Receive rebates and profit sharing

PAMM Trading Account

- Main trading account used to trade with funds from PAMM investor accounts

- Cannot deposit or withdraw funds

- Only receives MT4 login details

- Must be under the same server as the owner account

- Once linked to the owner account, it cannot be un-linked

PAMM Investor Account

- Cannot trade or receive credit

- Used only for deposits and withdrawals

- Once the investor account joins a PAMM offer, the capital is transferred to the PAMM trading account

- Can join any PAMM offer through a join link

PAMM Agent

- Must be added by the operations team

- A PAMM offer can have multiple agents

- Must be a rebate account

Fee Structure and Limitations

To maintain regulatory compliance and ensure fair trading practices, the following fee limitations are implemented:

- Performance Fee: Maximum 50% of profits

- Deposit Fee: Maximum 2% of deposit amount

- Withdrawal Fee: Maximum 2% of withdrawal amount

- Management Fee: Maximum 1% or 100 trading account currency units

Any fee settings exceeding these limitations require prior approval from the Head of Department (HOD) before implementation by the Admin team.

Notes:

- One investor account can only join one offer

- Additional investor accounts can be requested to join different offers

- Join link must be obtained from the PAMM master or agent

- Withdrawals need to be approved by the PAMM master

- The PAMM master cannot change offer settings if investors are within the offer

- Available on VT2-5, VT-8 (USC) and MT5 servers

- Clients from China and Macao are not eligible to open PAMM accounts
