for the client transfer procedure:
Step 1 Sales Submits
Transfer Request
- Submit A2. Client Transfer ticket
- Ensure accurate client information is
provided
Step 2 Client's Original Affiliation Check
a. Confirm whether the new sales office is the same as the original sales office → If yes: obtain the original sales’s/IB’s agree or the original office HOD’s approval → OP proceed change account owner
b. Confirm whether the new sales office is the same as the original sales office → If no: obtain the original sales’s/IB’s agree or the original office HOD’s approval + the new office HOD’s approval → OP proceed change account owner
Notes:
- OP directly executes the transfer operation, limited to clients who registered on the official website within 3 working days. The start date is calculated from the customer's registration date.
- If no reply after 72 hours upon approval sent(excluding weekends), it will be deemed as approved and the transfer will be processed.
- Rebate Rule:
Rebates generated before transfer completion cannot be claimed.

Accuracy: Sales must provide precise client details.
- System
Automation: Fresh system initiates approval requests automatically when
required.
