【5】Change Account Group

To change an account group, please submit a ticket (A2. Change Account Group).

Notes:

- No pending orders or open positions are allowed due to the account suffix change, which may prevent clients from closing positions.

- If the suffix remains the same, the deducted / added commission must be calculated and confirmed by sales before proceeding.

- If positions are opened or closed during the calculation in point 2, the rebate will need to be recalculated.
