【2】Account Opening Documentation & Verification Process

For account verification or providing missing documents, please submit a ticket (A1. Verify ID/POA). The following requirements apply:

Identity Proof

- Only national ID cards or passports are accepted.

- Passport submissions must include the signature page.

- Documents must be in full color with all personal information clearly visible.

- Documents must be valid (non-expired).

Address Proof

- Acceptable documents include bank statements and utility bills.

- Documents must be valid within six months (MENA region valid within 12 months).

Restrictions:

- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

- Applicants from banned countries are not permitted.

- A maximum of 10 additional accounts is allowed per individual.

- Duplicate registrations are not allowed.
