What interval of PMF and Management are available?

PMF:

1. Weekly

2. Every two weeks

3. Monthly

4. Quarterly

5. Half yearly

6. Yearly

(Daily and Per Trade intervals are stronly not recommened as it can overload our server, and if the Sales team wants to apply these 2 intervals for the client, please submit a Fresh ticket to Trading team and attach Mark's approval).
