How can clients update their phone number from the VT Markets App?
To update a phone number, follow these steps:
Step 1
Open the VT Markets App and click the grid icon at the top left corner of the page
Step 2
Select “Security"
Step 3
Click “Update Phone Number.”
**Please note: After updating the phone number, withdrawals will be restricted for 48 hours. Make sure to clearly explain this to the client. **
