How to retrieve an archived trading account for tax purposes?

If the client requests to retrieve the account statement of an archived account., kindly refer to the following steps:

Step 1

The Sales sends the request to trading.taipei@vtmarkets.com to un-archive the accounts.

Step 2

After the accounts have been un-archived, the Sales instructs the client to export the account statement.

Note:

- Only the sales team can apply for this request, not clients directly.

- trading.taipei@vtmarkets.com is for internal use only and should not be shared with clients.
