How to deposit / withdraw from a test live account?

Step 1

Submit Fresh ticket and provide the following information:

- Account Login

- Server

- Amount

- Deposit/Withdrawal Method (must be an option on the Client Portal)

Step 2

Obtain approval from the Head of Sales. A deposit amount ≧ $50,001 should be approved by HOD.

Note:

- Only the sales team can apply for this request, not clients directly.
