What should clients do if they are unable to upload ID or POA documents?
First, ensure that client's documents are in the accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF.
If client still cannot upload through the Client Portal, please guide them to email their documents to Info@vtmarkets.com.
Sales can also raise a ticket (A1. Verify ID/POA ) with qualified document(s) for verifying ID / POA; OP will assist with the internal system upload.
