How should clients handle a deposit recall or charge-back issue?
In some cases, clients may want to get their deposit back.
Regardless of the reason, this behavior can harm our brand.
Some clients may not intend to do this or may be unfamiliar with VT Markets' policy.
To manage this risk:
- Confirm with OP the loss amount due to the client's deposit recall / charge-back behaviors.
- Use the blacklist button to check the loss amount, as shown in the image below.
- Persuade the client to redeposit to VT Markets and then inform OP to deduct the amount.
