How can clients claim back the deposit handling fee charged by the bank?

VT Markets does not charge any deposit fees.

However, any fees incurred by intermediary banks or the customer's own bank are not covered by VT Markets.

If the deposit amount via bank transfer exceeds or is equal to 1000 USD, you can submit a deposit receipt in service item D5 via the ticket system to request reimbursement of the transaction fees.
