What are the requirements for a trading account to be archived?

Requirements (Consecutive for 90 calendar days):

- No open positions or pending orders

- Account balance is ≤ 0

- Inactive (No login activities)

Notes:

- Once archived, the trading account cannot be retrieved.

- Archived accounts are not visible on MT4 / MT5.

- If a client needs a new trading account, they should apply for an additional account.

- Sales cannot request to archive or retrieve archived accounts.
