Why is the client not under the correct IB / CPA / Sales?

Possible Reasons

- Link used is incorrect or incomplete.

- Browser cookies not cleared.

- Link is not from VT Markets.

- Client did not use the link to register.

Solution

- Please raise a ticket and OP will assist in transferring the attribution accordingly.

- For transferring your own client to the correct account manager: Use A2. Client Transfer.

- For claiming clients under another account manager to the correct one: Use A2. Claim Client.
