1.[Admin]-Account type
Description：Account type sorting and search functions

1.1 Re-sort the account types on Admin, Proposal (sort by swap)
1.2 Add search field to Account Type field on Account Audit/Additional Account Audit/Trading Account/Rebate Account/Trading Account Bulk Operation pages (similar to trading account Group), support fuzzy search.

2.[Client Portal][Admin Portal]-Credit Deduction
Description：Modify the ratio of credit deduction for Hong Kong & Macau clients’ withdrawal from 15% to 25%

2.1 When a funded user submits a withdrawal, the system will calculate the credit that will be kept/remained (hereinafter will refer this as reserve credit)
- reserve credit = (Balance - Withdrawal Amount) * 25%
- if reserve credit >= Account Credit, no credit will be deducted/removed
- if reserve credit < Account Credit, credit deducted will be as followed:
  - User credit - (account balance - withdrawal amount) * 25%
